Why we start with amicable settlement before litigation
Not every claim deserves an immediate lawsuit. In many cases, structured negotiation reaches a closer and cheaper result, and preserves a commercial relationship you may need later.
Time: court proceedings run through several stages, while a settlement can be concluded in weeks when there is willingness and documentation.
Relationship: today's partner, supplier or customer may be tomorrow's opportunity. Settlement keeps the door open.
Control: in a settlement you help shape the outcome. A judgment is issued by someone else.
Settlement does not mean giving up your right. We begin by assessing your legal position and evidence, negotiate from strength, and keep litigation ready if agreement is not possible.
In debt matters, an organised rescheduling can recover what is owed while the debtor keeps trading, which is often better than a judgment that is hard to enforce.
